SYNOPSIS
Six people aged 60 and above, from different social backgrounds, share how they interact with and through their smartphones. The film Zapzap proposes a debate on access to quality information and public and private services by people who, in general, are not familiar with digital media and, as a result, are often unprepared to deal with the new “engagement” mechanisms used by political agents and companies.
